I have the App, how do I upgrade to the All Access Pass?
All you need to do is login to the following website with your App account details and you will have the option to upgrade! https://luke-bryan.disciplemedia.com/user/sign_in.
I’m a Nut House member, how do I upgrade to the All Access Pass?
When you login to your Nut House account, click the “UPGRADE NOW” button on the Nut House home page next to “Upgrade to the All Access Pass.” Follow the instructions to complete the upgrade.
Do I have to sign up for an entire year in order to join the All Access Pass?
The All Access pass is good for one year and does not include a month-to-month option.
I’m 3 months from my renewal date, what happens to the remaining time on my App subscription?
An All Access Pass matches a Nut House subscription to the end of your current app subscription, to avoid you having two subscriptions ending at different times. So, even if you’re upgrading from an App subscription with only 3 months left, you’ll still have to pay the upgrade price. We suggest waiting 3 months, then upgrading to the All Access Pass then, if you want to get the most value for money.

If I cancel my App subscription, what will happen to my Nut House membership?
Cancelling your App subscription will not affect your Nut House membership, however if you choose to renew your Nut House membership on its own, the renewal goes back to the full price of $25.

Cancelling your Nut House membership will not affect your App subscription, however if you choose to renew your App membership on its own, the renewal goes back to the full price of $22.99/year or $2.99/month.
I signed up for both separately before I realized there was a discount. Can I still get the All Access Pass for a discounted price?
Because the All Access Pass brings together two separate accounts, we don’t have the ability to discount after the fact. However, when it’s time to renew be sure to come back and get the discounted price!
I am already a member of both. How do I link the two accounts?
The Nut House and the App still function as two separate memberships, even if you’re an All Access Pass holder. To take advantage of the discount you can wait until one or both of your accounts expire, and then upgrade to the All Access Pass.
I have updated my username/password on the App. Do I need to update my Nut House account as well?
No, the two accounts are separate so you do not have to have the same username/password for both. If you’d like to, you’ll need to update it in both places. We do suggest using the same username and password on both the Nut House and the App for simplicity’s sake.
Can I cancel my upgrade and get a refund?
Because the All Access Pass brings together two separate accounts, we are unable to give refunds. If there’s anything we can do to make the All Access Pass experience better, please be sure to contact us using one of the methods below.
