Capitol Records Nashville�s Luke Bryan just thought it was rough trying to get his single added to country radio playlists. That�s nothing compared to the nine stitches over his left eye he endured in a little pickup basketball game at the YMCA in Atlanta, GA on a rare day off.
Bryan has been on a six-straight week US radio tour. He flew from Pittsburgh to Atlanta, GA to see his new nephew that he had yet had the time to meet. While there he decided to work off some road stress so he hit a local YMCA where the dangerous basketball game happened.
The Capitol Records promotion regional that Bryan hooks up with next in the Southwest, Mara Sidweber, not only has the job of introducing him to more radio stations, but now she gets to make a quick stop at the Emergency room to have the stitches removed.
