Luke's headlining album release tour starts in October
Luke Bryan's first tour as a headliner launches in October to help promote his second album, Doin' My Thing. Fast Ryde, a new duo on Republic Records, will open the shows that will take place primarily at clubs and theaters. Bryan, a Georgia native, chose to begin the tour on Oct. 30 in Jacksonville, Fla., the night before the Georgia Bulldogs/Florida Gators football game. Since releasing his Capitol debut album in 2007, he has been the opening act for Kenny Chesney, Brooks & Dunn, Dierks Bentley and Trace Adkins. Bryan's new album will be released Oct. 6. His tour will continue through early December.
