Luke Premieres "Rain is a Good Thing" Video Exclusively on iTunes, February 9th
Nashville, TN (February 8, 2010) � Capitol Records Nashville recording artist and ACM �Top New Vocal Soloist� nominee Luke Bryan will premiere his new video �Rain Is A Good Thing� on iTunes beginning February 9. The video, directed by award-winning director Shaun Silva, was shot back in October at Bryan�s inaugural Farm Tour show and includes over 3,500 of his rain-soaked fans who stuck out the mud and wet weather to see Bryan�s high-energy live show.
�Rain Is A Good Thing,� the followup to his recent #1 song �Do I,� off his sophomore album Doin� My Thing, is at #35 on the Billboard and #37 on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck charts after only five weeks making it Bryan�s fastest rising single to date.
Bryan is currently out on the road opening for Jason Aldean�s record-setting sold out "Wide Open Arena Tour." His second album, Doin� My Thing, for Capitol Records Nashville landed at #2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart and #6 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 album chart selling over 57,000 albums in its first week of release, more than doubling the first week sales of his debut album I�ll Stay Me in 2007.
